This project is a combination of new construction, selective demolition, and renovation on the Kingston campus to accommodate student life, athletic, academic, office, and public programs.

It includes a new double gymnasium with new change facilities, a relocated soccer pitch, a new fitness centre, athletic offices, and storage to meet current varsity and competition requirements.

A new student pub overlooks the gymnasium. A large venue conference space is located on the second floor. Bookable student study rooms are located off the concourse. The campus main entrance and Welcome Centre offices were extensively renovated and renewed. The Music and Digital Media Program, including recording studios and practice rooms, are located in the former fitness building.
