A new five-storey, 334-bed student residence on Queen’s University’s main campus. The building was designed to LEED Gold standard. The new residence will help support undergraduate enrollment growth and provide student living space as several older residences undergo renovations.

Five university-owned houses previously occupied the building site, chosen after three potential locations were analyzed in March 2019. Two historic houses were retained and integrated into the new building.

Project was a joint venture with Diamond Schmitt Architects.
