Watts Hall and Leggett Hall are a pair of student residence halls at the heart of Queen’s campus. The project serves as a student residence during the school year as well as a conference facility during the summer. It includes over 500 rooms across two sites. The buildings are subdivided into 35-unit houses grouped around student social spaces, common lounges, study rooms, and landscaped courtyards.

The buildings fit well within the historic Queen’s University campus.

The project was a joint venture with DSAI.
