The Kensington Apartments involved an addition and the redevelopment of an existing historic block in downtown Kingston.

The addition is set back from the street and continues the existing lines and material palette from the original historic building, making it an unobtrusive addition to the city skyline.

The ground floor houses a series of commercial and retail spaces. We are currently converting one of the ground floor level spaces into a co-working space. There are 26 rental apartments in the five storeys above, each with a unique layout.
