This project combined the expansion of the 3-screen Screening Room movie theatre and the historic restoration of the Steacy Building facade.

The 1960’s steel and wood cladding was removed and the historic 19th century stone, brick, and terracotta work was restored. New windows were installed based on historical data gleaned from the local archives. A new cornice treatment was designed.
